Born and raised in the Hackney neighborhood of North London, 22-year-old Szjerdene (pronounced JhurDEEN) has quietly commanded the attention of music lovers, journalists and artists. Her work covering pioneering producers Dimlite and Savath y Savalas and debut US release produced by Robin Hannibal has won her fans and acclaim, being recognised as one of London’s most exceptional young singer songwriters. Szjerdene will be releasing new music in spring 2012 whilst building up to her debut album.
